Changelog

What's new in the assistant and its integrations.

Esta página todavía no está traducida. Te mostramos la versión en inglés.

Integration statuses (Available, Beta, Coming soon) are kept in one place, so each tool’s page and the supported tools list always match what’s live.

  • Text Tack at +1 (856) 563-4805. It’s a regular phone number now, so Android phones work too, by normal text message. iPhones still use iMessage.
  • Text to sign in is the main way in. Tack only texts people who texted it first, so the 6-digit code is now for numbers that have texted us before. See Signing in.
  • Reactions: 👀 on your text when a request takes more than a few seconds, 👍 when something was changed, and answers as inline replies. See How it works.
  • Siri and the share sheet: two iPhone Shortcuts text the assistant for you. Say “Hey Siri, Tell Tack”, or send a photo, PDF, file or link from any app’s share sheet with a note. See Use Siri and the share sheet, which also shows how to text the assistant automatically when you arrive at a job site.
  • Account pages: consistent form heights and inset select arrows, clearer billing plan choices, and improved spacing on saved logins, usage and settings.
  • Example conversations: left-aligned section headings and system sans-serif typography throughout the message diagrams.
  • Homepage: industry links reveal monochrome illustrations on hover or keyboard focus, with reduced-motion support. Select a link to see its example conversation.
  • QuickBooks Online is available.
  • Coming soon, built and in testing: HubSpot, Pipedrive, DocuSign, CompanyCam (including texting photos), and sending email from Gmail or Outlook. Each opens once that tool approves our app.
  • Jobber is paused for new connections.
  • Tell us which tools you use: ask “do you work with…?” by text, or pick your tools during setup or on the dashboard. See Tell us which tools you use.
  • Text-to-sign-in asks you to confirm it’s you before a browser is signed in. See Signing in.
  • Disconnect any tool by text (“disconnect HubSpot”), and members can connect and disconnect their own personal tools on the dashboard.
  • DocuSign texts you when an envelope is signed, declined or voided (once DocuSign is live).
  • Follow Up Boss actions are built (coming soon).
  • Dashboard: Undo on the Activity tab, usage banners at 90% and 100%, and a Saved logins tab.
  • Saved logins and sign-in help for websites without an API are built and in testing. See Saved logins and sign-in help.
  • Website and docs launched. Getting started, how the assistant works, connection guides, a page for each integration, examples for seven industries, and this changelog.
  • iMessage only for now. WhatsApp support is planned but not available yet.
  • In progress: Follow Up Boss.
  • Coming soon: field service (Housecall Pro, ServiceTitan), construction (Procore, Autodesk Construction Cloud), CRM (Salesforce, kvCORE), Google Calendar and Drive, appraisal software, ERPs and maintenance (CMMS) tools.
  • Machine-readable docs: every docs page is also available as Markdown (add .md to the URL), plus /llms.txt and /llms-full.txt.
