Plant maintenance

Status: these integrations and voice-note transcription are still being built, so the threads below show where we’re headed, not what works today.

Many plants restrict phones on the production floor. The assistant is built for after the task, not during it: send a voice note on your break or once you’re off the line. Because noise makes transcription errors more likely, it confirms before every change.

Close a work order by voice note

You: 🎤 “Conveyor 3 bearing was grinding. Replaced it, took 40 minutes, used one 6205 bearing.”

Tack: Close WO-1182: 40 min labor, 1× 6205 bearing (8 left after this). OK?

You: Yes

Tack: Closed ✅ Check Conveyor 3 again in 30 days?

Failed inspection with a photo

You: Forklift 2 failed pre-shift, brakes soft (photo)

Tack: Log a failed inspection for Forklift 2, open a high-priority action for maintenance and tag it out of service?

You: Yes

Tack: Done. Notify the maintenance lead?

Tack: Create a work request “Hydraulic leak, Press 4” with this photo, priority high?

Shared devices

Your account is tied to your own phone number or Apple ID, not to a device, so shared tablets and kiosks don’t mix up who did what.
