Picture cards and receipts
The small picture cards the assistant sends next to some texts, what's on them, how to turn receipt cards on or off, and what link previews show.
Some texts come with a small picture card that shows the same details at a glance. The text always comes too, with the same facts, so nothing is only in the picture. Screen readers, notifications and search all have the text.
When you get a card
Section titled “When you get a card”- Before something goes out or money moves. The card comes right before the question:
- an invoice, estimate or quote: customer, number, line items, total and due date;
- an email: who it goes to and the subject;
- a DocuSign envelope: the document and who signs;
- a payment, expense or bill: the amount, who it’s from or to, and the account.
- DocuSign updates: sent for signature, signed, declined or voided.
- Signing in on the web: the device and the time, right before the Was that you? question.
- Receipts, only if you ask for them: after each record the assistant adds or changes, a card with the tool and the main details, like Added Amy Lee to HubSpot with her name, phone and company.
Cards work on iMessage and WhatsApp. If a card can’t be made or sent, you just get the text.
Turning cards on or off
Section titled “Turning cards on or off”Receipt cards are off until you ask. Text:
send me receipt cards
In Spanish: mándame tarjetas de recibo. To stop all picture cards, previews included:
stop sending cards
In Spanish: ya no mandes tarjetas. You keep getting the same details by text either way.
What’s on a card
Section titled “What’s on a card”- The same details as the text next to it. Nothing extra.
- The tool’s name and a plain icon for the kind of tool (CRM, accounting, field service, signatures, calendar, documents). Not the tool’s logo.
- A light background, so it reads the same whether your phone is in light or dark mode.
- Cards aren’t kept. Each one is made when it’s sent and not saved by Tack. It stays in your thread like any photo.
Link previews
Section titled “Link previews”Links the assistant texts you show a preview, like Connect HubSpot to Tack. Previews never show your name, your company, a website you log in to, or an amount: Apple and Meta load them to draw the preview.
Opening a link, or the preview loading in your thread, doesn’t use it up. Only tapping the button on the page does. See Signing in and Connect your tools.
