Follow Up Boss: what the assistant can do

Asking first and undo follow the same rules for every tool: see Confirmations and undo.

Looks up a lead or client by name, email or phone and replies with their phone, email, stage and agent.

  • Asks before doing it? No. It only looks things up.
  • Can be undone? Nothing to undo: it doesn’t change anything.

Adds a new lead or contact (buyer, seller, open-house visitor) with their phone, email and what they’re looking for.
