For residential appraisers who spend the day on inspections. Tools: QuickBooks Online today; Google Calendar and Google Drive are coming soon. Appraisal software (Mercury Network, a la mode TOTAL, ACI, Anow) is also coming soon: those tools don’t offer open APIs, so they’d need secure browser login (planned) or a partnership.
What works today: invoicing the lender and checking unpaid invoices in QuickBooks. Filing photos and calendar updates are planned.
