## Send the listing agreement

> **You:** Send the listing agreement to Jane Ortiz
>
> **Tack:** Listing agreement for 18 Maple is ready for Jane. Send?
>
> **You:** Yes. And move her to Listing
>
> **Tack:** Sent ✅ Jane is now in Listing. I'll text you when she signs.

The envelope comes from your DocuSign template with Jane's details filled in. Nothing is sent until you say yes.

## Log a showing

> **You:** Showed 22 Birch to the Parks. They liked it but want a bigger yard
>
> **Tack:** Added a note to Kevin and Mia Park in Follow Up Boss. Set a task to send them larger-lot listings tomorrow?

## New lead from an open house

> **You:** New lead: Sam Lee, 512-555-0142, looking for 3 bed under 450k in Round Rock

> **Tack:** Added Sam Lee to Follow Up Boss as a buyer lead with those criteria. Start your new-buyer action plan?
