**What works today:** booking, closing out jobs, invoicing and checking who owes you. Filing photos and the morning summary are planned and marked below.

## Book a job

> **You:** Book Henderson Tues 2pm, AC not cooling

> **Tack:** Booked "AC not cooling" for the Hendersons, Tue 2:00pm. Assign to Mike?

> **You:** yes

The client is found (or created) in Jobber, and the job is scheduled and assigned.

## Finish a job and invoice it

> **You:** Finished the Patel job. 2 hrs, replaced the capacitor
>
> **Tack:** Marked complete in Jobber. Invoice for $285 is ready in QuickBooks. Send to Raj Patel?
>
> **You:** Yes

The job is closed and a draft invoice is created right away. Sending it to the customer waits for your "Yes."

## Who owes you money

> **You:** Who owes me money?
>
> **Tack:** 4 open invoices, $2,140 total. #1042 (Garcia, $640) is 30 days overdue. Send a reminder?

## Photos to the right job (planned)

## Morning summary (planned)

You can opt in to a daily summary when you finish your profile. Once it ships, you'll get one text each morning with today's jobs, overdue invoices and new requests.
