For builders, remodelers and trade contractors who are on site all day. Tools: [QuickBooks Online](https://asktack.com/docs/integrations/quickbooks/) works today, in beta. [CompanyCam](https://asktack.com/docs/integrations/companycam/), [Procore](https://asktack.com/docs/integrations/procore/) and [Autodesk Construction Cloud](https://asktack.com/docs/integrations/autodesk-construction-cloud/) are coming soon.

**What works today:** billing a deposit through QuickBooks. Voice notes, daily logs and photo filing are planned; those threads show where we're headed.

## Daily log by voice note (planned)

> **You:** 🎤 "Finished framing at 12 Oak. Inspector comes Thursday. Six pics attached."

> **Tack:** Logged today's daily for 12 Oak and filed 6 photos ✅

The plan: the voice note is transcribed into the daily log, and the photos are filed to the 12 Oak project.

## Bill a deposit

> **You:** Bill the Hendersons the 30% deposit

> **Tack:** Deposit invoice for $8,400 is ready. Send to Tom Henderson?
>
> **You:** Send it

The invoice is drafted on its own. Sending waits for your OK.

## Photos to the right project (planned)

> **You:** *(5 photos)* Kitchen demo done at the Lee remodel
>
> **Tack:** Filed 5 photos to "Lee Remodel" in CompanyCam, tagged "demo."

## Ordering from your supplier

Supplier ordering ("Order 40 more 2x6s for Monday") is planned. Most supply-house portals don't have an API, so it will use secure browser login and always ask before placing an order.
