In Google, the assistant can send an email (Gmail), add an event (Google Calendar), send a meeting invite (Google Calendar), move an event (Google Calendar), cancel an event (Google Calendar), check your calendar (Google Calendar), find free time (Google Calendar), make a folder (Google Drive), save photos and files (Google Drive), see what's in a folder (Google Drive), get a folder or file link (Google Drive), share a folder (Google Drive), rename a file or folder (Google Drive), move a file to another folder (Google Drive), start a doc (Google Docs), add a note to a doc (Google Docs) and switch to a doc (Google Docs). You ask by text, in your own words.

Asking first and undo follow the same rules for every tool: see [Confirmations and undo](https://asktack.com/docs/confirmations-and-undo/).

## Send an email (Gmail)

Sends a short email from your own Gmail, optionally with a link.

- **Asks before doing it?** Yes, always. You see exactly what will happen and say yes before it does it.
- **Can be undone?** No. Sent items can't be unsent, which is why it always asks first.

## Add an event (Google Calendar)

Puts an event on your own Google Calendar at the time you say, with a length or end time and an optional place. Nobody else is invited.
