# Your account dashboard

> What each tab of the account website does, who can see what, how invites work, plan changes, the free trial and what counts as a task.

You do almost everything by text. The account website is for the things that don't belong in a text thread: your team, your tools, your plan and your settings. Sign in at the website with your phone (see [Signing in](https://asktack.com/docs/signing-in/)).

All account tabs share a simple layout with grayscale accents, compact controls, and lightly divided lists and tables. Inputs indicate focus with a border-color change rather than an outer ring. The homepage keeps its separate design.

## Tabs

| Tab | What's there | Who sees it |
|---|---|---|
| **Overview** | Tasks used this month, active members, connections, recent activity, the [Siri and share-sheet](https://asktack.com/docs/siri-and-share-sheet/) Shortcuts | Everyone |
| **Activity** | Everything the assistant did, with **Undo** on recent items. Filter by person or tool | Everyone (members see only their own) |
| **Team** | Members, roles, seats and invites | Owner, admins |
| **Integrations** | Every tool the assistant works with, grouped by kind, with your status for each, what it can do and texts to try. Connect or reconnect from here; tools that can't be connected yet say **Coming soon** | Everyone |
| **Connections** | Connected tools, who can use each one, reconnect and disconnect | Owner and admins see everything; members see and manage their own personal tools |
| **Saved logins** | Website logins the assistant can use for sites without an API (coming soon) | Everyone (members see their own and the company's) |
| **Usage** | Tasks by day, by person and by tool | Owner, admins |
| **Plan & billing** | Your plan, seats, card and invoices | Owner |
| **Settings** | Your name, time zone, morning brief, [weekly recap](https://asktack.com/docs/weekly-recap/), what the assistant remembers, deleting your account | Everyone |

## Activity and Undo

Each recent thing the assistant created has an **Undo** button, for the same time undo works by text: about **10 minutes** for records, **24 hours** for drafts. After that, text the assistant to delete or void it instead. Things sent to someone (an invoice, an email, a DocuSign envelope) **can't be undone**. Members can undo their own actions; the owner and admins can undo anyone's. See [Confirmations and undo](https://asktack.com/docs/confirmations-and-undo/).

## Usage alerts

At **90%** and **100%** of your monthly tasks (or of the trial's 50), the **Usage** tab shows a banner with how many you've used, and the owner's banner links to **Plan & billing**. These are the same moments the owner gets a text.

## Integrations

Every tool the assistant works with, grouped by kind (accounting, CRM, field service, docs and notes, calendar and email, photos, signatures, construction, maintenance). Each card shows whether it's **Connected**, **Needs reconnect**, **Not connected**, **Ask your admin** (a company tool only the owner or an admin can connect), or **Coming soon**, a line of what the assistant can do there, and a few texts to try.

**Coming soon** means the actions are built but the tool can't be connected yet, because our app with that vendor isn't approved or set up yet, or because it's paused (Jobber). Those cards have no **Connect** button. A tool you connected earlier keeps working and still shows **Connected**. Each tool's docs page says where it stands: see [What the assistant can do, by tool](https://asktack.com/docs/actions/). **Connect** and **Reconnect** open the same secure connect page the assistant texts you; **Manage** on a connected tool takes you to it on the Connections tab. The list comes from the same code that runs each action, so it's always current.

You can also ask by text: "what tools do you work with?" or "what's connected?" gets your connected tools with what each can do, and a link to this tab for the rest.

## Connections

Connected tools appear first, with their current status and a **Who can use it** section for team access. **Manage connection** contains reconnect and disconnect actions; a connection that needs attention also shows Reconnect directly.

Members see the personal tools they connected (HubSpot, Gmail, Outlook) and can connect or disconnect their own; company tools are managed by the owner and admins.

**Other tools you use** tracks requests separately from live connections. Expand **Add tools** to select labeled checkboxes or enter another tool. Adding a request does not connect that tool or grant access.

## Saved logins

Lists the website logins saved for the assistant's browser (a [coming-soon](https://asktack.com/docs/saved-logins/) feature for tools without an API): the site, **Personal** or **Company**, and when it was last used. Passwords are never shown. **Save a login** opens a secure page to enter one; **Delete** removes one (members their own, owner and admins any).

## Roles

- **Owner:** the person who signed up. Everything, including billing and company settings.
- **Admin:** manages the team and connections. Can't change billing.
- **Member:** uses the assistant with the tools they're given.

For each company tool, an owner or admin picks what each person can do: **Can use and send**, **Can use, can't send** (create and look things up, but not send to customers), or **No access**. A tool someone connects just for themselves is **personal**: only they use it.

## Inviting your team

Team members need the **Crew** or **Pro** plan. Solo is for one person.

1. On **Team**, enter their mobile number or email, pick a role and what they get on company tools.
2. Tap **Create invite**.
3. If every seat is used, see "When the invite needs a seat" below.
4. Send the link with **Text it**, **Email it** or **Copy link**. It comes from you, not from us.

The link works **once** and lasts **14 days**. Your team can't have more people (members plus open invites) than seats; **Team** shows how many seats are used. Open invites are listed under **Pending invites** with **Copy link**, **Text it again** and **Cancel**. You can cancel an invite before it's used, which frees its seat.

### When the invite needs a seat

If every seat is used, inviting one more person adds a seat, and that changes your price:

- **Owner:** before anything changes, Team shows the old and new price (for example, "from $117 to $156 a month") and asks you to tap **Add the seat and invite**. Nothing is charged and no invite is made until you do. **Don't add** leaves your plan and your team as they were. The new seat is billed like any upgrade: you pay the prorated difference for the rest of this billing period, or nothing until a free trial ends.
- **Admin:** you can invite while there are free seats. When they're all used, only the owner can add one, from Team, by text or on **Plan & billing**.
- A plan can't go past its seat limit, and if the card payment for the new seat is still pending, no invite is made until it goes through.

Adding someone by text ("add Mike 512-555-0142 to my crew") follows the same rules: the assistant tells the owner the new price and waits for a yes.

Each person texts the assistant from their own phone.

## Free trial

New accounts get **50 tasks or 14 days, whichever comes first**. No card is needed to start. When the trial runs out, pick a plan to keep going. Trials stop at 50 tasks; there's no overage.

## What counts as a task

A task is **one thing the assistant gets done in a connected tool**, like booking a job, adding a note or looking up today's visits. "Book Henderson and add a note" is two tasks.

**Free:** chatting, questions it asks you, approvals, things that failed or that you said no to, and the morning brief.

Each plan includes a monthly number of tasks. Past that, each extra task is $0.10. The owner gets a text at 90% and at 100%.

## Changing your plan or seats

The owner does this on **Plan & billing**. Tap **Preview cost** first to see exactly what happens:

- **Upgrade** (more seats or a bigger plan): you're **charged now** for the difference, for the rest of this billing period. The change applies once that payment goes through.
- **Downgrade:** the unused time becomes a **credit** on your next invoice. No refund to your card.
- **Monthly to yearly, or back:** your billing date moves to today, you're charged now, and unused time on the old plan is credited.
- **During the free trial:** nothing is charged. The new plan starts when the trial ends.

To update your card, download invoices or cancel, tap **Manage billing**.

## Deleting your account

On **Settings**, tap **Delete my account** (or **Delete the organization**, owner only). That sends us a request, and we text you to confirm before anything is deleted.
